Please join us as we study the books of Ruth, 1 & 2 Samuel, and 1 & 2 Peter. If you can’t meet in person, we also have virtual options. Many of us have been taught to suppress our emotions, but what if we instead learned to acknowledge and understand them? Jennie Allen suggests that our feelings aren’t something to fix, but rather something to experience and learn from. By naming and navigating our emotions, we can discover how they can draw us closer to God and others, leading to personal growth and healing.

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

If you are going through a difficult journey of any kind, a care companion will offer you a confidential and nonjudgemental meeting time. Our trained care companions desire to give you a listening presence of emotional and spiritual care. Cost of these sessions will be discussed at your initial meeting. WISDOM BRIDGE

One to one mentoring gives you the opportunity to sit down with someone who offers a listening ear and shares experiences as you deal with some of life’s challenges.
