Our world needs Christians who are deeply committed to following Jesus and being salt and light in their homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and social networks.
With those needs in mind, we believe Small Groups can be an anchor that keeps believers rooted in the Word, in prayer, and in a supportive community, as we all live out our mission of helping people discover life with God. To do this faithfully, we recognize that Small Group Leaders also need support and encouragement from the church and other leaders.

That’s why we’re piloting Small Group Leader Pods.

Leaders from all campuses can join a Pod made up of other Small Group Leaders and staff, based on their schedule.
Pods will meet monthly for 60 minutes over Zoom, with space for:
-Being in God’s Word together
-Sharpening our leadership through a training topic and discussion
-Sharing about ourselves and our groups
-Praying
