Baby Dedication

Baby dedications are beautiful moments in the life of our church and your family. During a baby dedication, parents present their young children before God and your family and devote themselves to raising their child in a godly home. Your family and friends join you in encouraging, assisting, and equipping you to raise your children within the body of Christ. It is important to note that a baby dedication is not considered a baptism. We believe baptism occurs when the individual understands and makes the choice to be baptized.

“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up” – Deuteronomy 6:6-7.

We would love to serve you and celebrate your child with you as you enter into a rich Biblical history of recognizing God’s role in your child’s life. It is often a first step toward fulfilling Proverbs 22:6, “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.”
