Waukegan City Cleanup

Meet at the Christian Neighbors Church parking lot: 222 N County St, Waukegan, IL

Join us for a special day of service as we come together to show God’s love for our community by meeting a practical need! On Saturday, April 26, we’re partnering with other churches in the area to clean up Waukegan and build bridges between believers across Lake County. This family-friendly event is a great opportunity for volunteers of all ages to make a tangible difference in our city while fostering unity and fellowship.

We’ll provide everything you need to serve, including t-shirts, gloves, large garbage bags, and lunch. Just come dressed in comfortable clothes and shoes, ready to make an impact!

Event Schedule:
– 8:30 AM: Check-in at the CNC Parking Lot (or specify address). Pick up your t-shirt, connect with others, and get ready to serve!
– 9:00 AM: Short welcome and prayer. Groups will then disperse to assigned areas of the city to begin cleaning.
– 11:30 AM: Return to the CNC Parking Lot to enjoy a meal and fellowship together.

This is more than just a clean-up day—it’s a chance to demonstrate God’s love in action, care for our community, and strengthen relationships with fellow believers. Let’s roll up our sleeves and make a difference together!
