Reading Power is seeking volunteer tutors to tutor preschool through second grade students during the school day in under-resourced schools in North Chicago, Waukegan, Zion, Wheeling, and Palatine. Tutors commit to once-a-week tutoring (for one to three hours) for the school year.
No experience is necessary: only a love for children and reading is required! Tutors are guided by trained Reading Power staff. Tutoring a student truly changes two lives. Come join us!
