I hope and pray that you are doing well and adjusting to this unique moment. As I note in today’s video – which is four minutes long – last week was eventful and this week looks to be even more so.

Here are the key points I cover:
  • If you need help, please let us know. We are working via small groups and other means to stay in touch, but if you need prayer and encouragement, click here. If you need other support, contact your campus pastor.
  • Thanks to all who joined us for our first online worship service yesterday. In light of social distancing guidelines, we will be online again this weekend – and likely for some time after that.
  • This is a great moment to serve. In Ephesians 2:10 we are told that we were created in Christ Jesus to do good works. I believe our life only really works when we are serving others. If there is someone in your neighborhood who lives alone, check-in on them. Make sure they are OK. Offer to help and offer to pray. In addition to that, why not call two people and ask two questions: 1) How are you doing?: and 2) Is there anything you need?
Everyone wins when you serve, starting with you.

God bless you today. I expect to be checking back in tomorrow.

BTW, in the video I mention an article by Andy Crouch. You can access it here.
