POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Art Director/Graphic Designer assists the branding and marketing strategy of Christ Church by creating compelling cohesive and visual assets that serve the goal and tell the story of Christ Church and its’ ministries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Brand Ambassador for Christ Church visual identity

· Creating visually compelling campaigns for Christ Church

· Manage projects related to the visual assets at Christ Church

· Create trainings and guides to equip staff and ministry leaders

· Collaborate with the marketing team to determine best strategies and marketing practices

· Direct the future visual identity and brand at Christ Church when necessary

· Manage asset library for organization and distribution

· Ensure all assets to be distributed adhere to platform guidelines

· Establish standards for production, quality, and client service

· Collaborate with campus and ministry team to achieve event and campaign goals

· Analyze marketing trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape and track campaign performance to report to key stakeholders

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Attends all required trainings and staff meetings.

· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor towards co-workers, vendors, and guests.

· Adheres to all policies and procedures of Christ Church.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or at least two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience working with non-profit and/or Christian Ministry organizations a plus

· Proficient with MS Office 365 products

· Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgement, and decision-making skills

· Demonstrates solid communication skills both verbally and in written format

· Experience with marketing and design software i.e., adobe suite

· Demonstrated ability to organize and plan own work

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

· Models Christian character at work, home, and social life.

· Agreement of Christ Church’s Statement of Faith.

· Willingness to serve in and/or outside the church.
